Regular standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds, Ability to push or pull sizeable equipment and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, Required use of personal protective equipment including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection, Work in environments that may be dusty, cold, hot, humid, wet, loud, or outdoors depending on assignment, Primarily production-based work with minimal administrative duties, ability to meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least two years of production experience, Basic computer skills, including use of Excel, ERP systems, email, and data entry, Ability to communicate clearly, lead by example, and address performance or operational issues effectively, math skills and attention to detail to track inventory, weights, and production data
Nice to Have
prior team leadership experience, Forklift experience, certification and training provided as needed
What You'll Do.
Lead and guide a third-shift production team
preparing for each shift
filling in for the supervisor as needed
Oversee food production activities across multiple processing areas to ensure safety
and production standards are met
and support team members
ensuring compliance with GMPs
and attendance expectations
Ensure efficient equipment setup
coordinating with other departments to improve safety
Perform and verify CCP checks
sanitation activities
and required documentation
Lead pre-shift meetings
support shift change communication
help meet production goals through effective decision-making and teamwork
