The Lead Administrator receives calls made to the Sales phone queue and routes to the appropriate department if not sales related or to a Merchant Sales Representative (MSR) as appropriate. They are also responsible for tracking Leads that come into the Sales phone queue via a Google doc in order to maintain equal distribution of these Leads among MSRs.** **Responsibilities:** * **Receive inbound calls, Qualify Sales Opportunities, and assign to Sales.** * **Receive incoming calls and route to the appropriate department if not related to a new account set-up or existing merchant hardware sale. If the call is sales related, as described previously, route the call to the appropriate MSR.** * **Track Lead Distribution** * **Process
