Full Job Description
**Title:** LCV EUCOM Turkey: GS Site Manager ** _Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR!_** **Program Summary** **KBR** leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the **Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract** (**LOGCAP**). KBR’s enduring mission support of the **LOGCAP** program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries. **Job Summary** As a **GS Site Manager** , you will independently oversee the daily activities and ensure contract compliance for a large-scale project located on-site. Operating within established policies, procedures, and company-approved systems, your responsibilities will span such actions as project setup, transitional activities, vendor management, and client relations. You will manage subordinate Site Managers and direct both technical and administrative aspects of the project. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Independently manage daily operations and contract compliance for a large-sized project in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Supervise and direct the efforts of the technical and administrative sides of the project, including staffing, personnel management, and reporting. * Oversee transitional activities, vendor management, client relations, project setup, and contract changes. * Manage subordinate Site Managers and coordinate efforts across multiple project sites. * Collaborate with the Task Order Manager and ensure alignment with project requirements in case of differences. * Handle responsibilities such as project setup, subcontracting strategy, shop drawing review, processing contract changes, and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. * Generate required reports for both owners and in-house purposes. *
