Eligibility Requirements

TESA (Technical Expert Status Accreditation) role, meet all TESA eligibility requirements, Employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining TESA accreditation, Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environments, Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, Must be able to grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee, reach aboveelow shoulders, Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds unassisted, Must be able to team lift up to 50 pounds in a two-person carry, Must be free of medical restriction/ limitations that prevent the wearing and utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Must be able to pass pre-employment and background checks, Must be able to climb in and out of military vehicles, Must be able to work in cramped areas for at least two continuous hours, Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions, Employees shall utilize all proper lifting procedures and practices, Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages, Candidates must meet visa and or work permit requirements for the country of assignment

Must Have

Active U. S. Government issued Secret Security Clearance, U. S. Citizen, bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, associate’s degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, 11 years of recent specialized experience, Minimum 3–5 years of experience in COMSEC or C5ISR systems maintenance and installation, Proficiency in reading and applying Army Technical Manuals (TM), Technical Bulletins (TB), and wiring diagrams, Familiarity with cryptographic key management systems (EKMS/KMI) and COMSEC handling procedures, able to work in non-climate-controlled environments, able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, able to grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee, reach aboveelow shoulders, able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds unassisted, able to team lift up to 50 pounds in a two-person carry, able to speak, read and write English fluently, free of medical restriction/ limitations that prevent the wearing and utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), able to pass pre-employment and background checks, able to climb in and out of military vehicles, able to work in cramped areas for at least two continuous hours, able to work in all types of weather conditions, utilize all proper lifting procedures and practices, Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages

Our**APS‑2** workforce is composed of skilled professionals from diverse backgrounds who work together to ensure all equipment is properly stored, maintained, and mission‑ready for issue whenever required. **Job Summary** As a **Maintenance Technician COMSEC/C5ISR** , you will provide technical expertise in the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems. This role ensures secure communications and operational readiness of mission-critical systems in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards and security protocols. _This position is designated as a TESA (Technical Expert Status Accreditation) role.
