What You'll Achieve.
Train to Qualify (T2Q); TYCOM Training and Certification (TTC) processes; SCSTC training objectives
Industry & Context.
Secret Clearance, US Citizenship required, Support a second shift work schedule, Support training with extended periods on your feet, Travel may be required up to 10%
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Secret Clearance, Eight (8) years of experience with the applicable system or process, Two (2) years of experience as an Instructor in a formal Navy individual training environment, One (1) year relevant experience using training systems/simulations, US Citizenship required
Nice to Have
Experience with Gun Weapons Systems, Experience with Anti-Ship Missile Systems, Experience with Tactical Data Links, Experience with GCCS-M, Experience with SAR, Experience with Navigation, Experience with Surface Warfare, Experience as an Instructor/Trainer and/or a Master/Afloat Training Specialist in support of SCSTC/TACTRAGRU/ATG
What You'll Do.
Conduct Combat Systems/Operations training
Organize training programs
Conduct classroom teaching
Conduct laboratory training
Provide subject matter expertise
Support curriculum development
Support T2Q and TTC processes
Customize curriculum lesson plans
Customize instructor guides
Support Formal Course Reviews
Conduct training gap analysis
Provide feedback for course improvement
Deliver Navy Combat Systems training
Establish course content
Establish course objectives
Conduct training sessions
Develop criteria for evaluating training
Maintain training records
Maintain program effectiveness records
Maintain current knowledge of technologies
Provide primary instruction in LCS-2 CSM Capstone
Provide primary instruction in LCS-2 UTT/Crew Certification Training
Act as Warfare Commander in training environments
