What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in LE/MIL and/or in the shooting, hunting or outdoors industry related to LE/MIL sales or product development (required), General understanding of LE/MIL procurement processes (required), Financial business acumen (required), Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data in a logical and detailed manner (required), communication proficiency (required), Understanding of ATF/FFL/ITAR/EAR compliance (required), Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint (required), Ability to travel ~25% (required)

Nice to Have

Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred), Service in Police Tactical or Military Special Operations Units (preferred), Ability to understand blueprints (preferred)

What You'll Do.

Management of the Ruger MSR product line

Support Bolt Action and Pistol LE/MIL related products

Development and implementation of product strategy

Oversight of product lines to ensure financial plans are met

Complete annual forecasts

Detailed analysis and comprehensive briefings on relevant markets

Deliver New Product Development briefings

Manage the product lifecycle

Acts as the ‘Voice of the Customer’

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working with key stakeholders; Work closely with Engineering Teams; Work closely with Project Management; Work closely with the Marketing Team; Work closely with Operations Teams; Work closely with Financial Teams; Work closely with the Legal Department; Working in alignment with the Senior Leadership Team

Communication Scope

Process & Methodology

Manage the product lifecycle by leading cross-functional teams in the ideation, design, development, and delivery of new products and the management of existing products, including continuous improvement or discontinuation, Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the requested product specification and quality standards
