10+ years of work experience in law enforcement, intelligence, government, trust and safety, or an adjacent field, Detailed knowledge of the law enforcement community and related policymakers in the State of Nevada, current trends and challenges in online safety and policy (particularly child safety and regional-specific considerations), Enthusiasm for and a demonstrated track record of stellar public speaking, short-notice travel, building and maintaining constructive relationships, defining your own work processes, adding organizational value no matter how small or large the task, Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, Agility to navigate ambiguity, resilience to overcome obstacles, internal drive to concurrently manage multiple high-profile, time-sensitive initiatives in a dynamic environment, Unwavering integrity, collegiality, grit
