Ensure the efficient operation of the division; Meet court time standards for judicial rulings and case dispositions; Move cases to a timely conclusion

Analyze, appraise and organize facts, evidence, and precedents; Prepare written recommendations and/or opinions; Exercise good judgment and make independent decisions
Background screenings, Education verification, Child abuse and neglect clearances, Drug screenings, Physical assessments, Supervise sequestered juries requiring possible overnight stays and irregular work hours
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
What You'll Do.
Perform legal research and analysis
Prepare memoranda and orders
Assist judge or commissioner
Provide facts and law
Run statistical reports
Determine ripeness of issues
Enforce attorney compliance
Ensure legal publications are up to date
Review training resources
Inform judge of case activity
Perform duties in setting hearings
Monitor courtroom security
Check courtroom equipment
Ensure recording of proceedings
Monitor juror activities
Collect jury information
Supervise sequestered juries
Arrange interpreter services
Communicate with attorneys
Facilitate chambers hearings
Consult with public information officer

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Communicate with attorneys, parties, agency representatives, and other court departments and staff; Consult with the judge or commissioner and the court public information officer
