Some of the responsibilities of this role are: * Teach a course on **Evidence** : An examination of the law of evidence, including the principles governing the admissibility of evidence, the competency of witnesses, and the function of lawyer, judge, and jury in the presentation and evaluation of evidence. * The adjunct faculty member will not be asked to attend department meetings. * She or he will be expected to spend some time outside of class
