What You'll Do.

kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas
Maintaining a safe work environment
Safely utilizing and storing cleaning compounds
Assisting with inventory of china
Ensure adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware
Keep the kitchen in line with HACCP rules and PWT Standards
Clean and sanitize china
Load and unload dishes and flatware from dishwashing machine
Store dishes and flatware properly
Clean and sanitize all ovens
mixers and other kitchen equipment
Clean all kitchen drains
and buff kitchen and pastry shop production areas and hallways
Clean and sanitize all pots
Safely utilize and store all cleaning compounds
