We are hiring a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Laundry Facility located in Orlando, FL. This full‑time, on‑site role includes scheduling meetings, managing phone and email communications, preparing reports, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in an administrative or office support role. What You'll Do as a Laundry Administrative Assistant: * Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries * Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls * Able to assist with other Laundry Duties as needed. * Maintain contact lists, calendars, and office schedules * Prepare, produce, and distribute correspondence including letters, memos, emails, and forms * Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials * Develop and maintain electronic and physical filing systems * Submit, track, and reconcile expense reports and invoices * Greet and assist office visitors and vendors professionally * Take accurate meeting minutes and prepare follow‑up documentation * Handle confidential and sensitive information with
