What You'll Do.
Participates in all Project meetings
co-ordinates and drives the plant/country related allocated tasks (GW20 to GW70)
Sets up the Launch team with regular team meetings in Plant/Country and ensure sufficient resource planning for the team
Reports the status of the Work packages and deliverables to Project Manager using the project management software and prepares required documentation for milestone
gate reviews and project reports
Raises and follows up on the release of PAMs including tracking of the available
needed and spent Capex
Tracks and updates the Equipment planning together with the responsible team members in the Launch Team
Plans and co-ordinates all activities required for the samples (A
Prepares an operational concept based on department concepts
Leads the creation of the Detailed ramp up plan by considering the requirements from the Customer and the inputs from all the Project team members
Plans and co-ordinates the Run@rate
reports on the findings and drives the implementation of corrective actions on time
