Must Have
Pharmaceutical industry experience, Hands-on experience in commercial operations and sales team management, Accountability for brand budget ownership, Local market knowledge and established stakeholder relationships in the Polish healthcare landscape, Digital and omnichannel experience with a customer-facing, go-to-market mindset, Experience in brand planning and leading sales teams with a focus on patient-centric initiatives
Nice to Have
Experience in specialty or rare disease product launches, Experience in transplant and/or oncology

Lead launch readiness and execution for Rezurock and future transplant products in Poland
Drive direct customer-facing activities across the transplant portfolio
and patient communities
Shape the local market through strategic stakeholder engagement
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
and cross-functional partners
Adapt and implement omnichannel engagement strategies for the Polish market
Translate global frameworks into locally relevant
patient-centric narratives and digital-first go-to-market approaches
Lead projects through legal
Manage the marketing track KPIs
Identify opportunities for business efficiency and simplification across the portfolio
and develop a high-performing
customer-centric commercial team
