We are looking for Launch Engineer at one of our locations inChina, Taicang ### Your tasks: Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment: * Develop, manage and coordinate launch resources, budgets and quotation. * Creation of project plans covering resources, work items and milestones. * Manage launch timelines and develop rate of climb plans * Solve the problems in the process and work instruction; * Production efficiency and Constantly improve the process; * Develop manufacturing and assembling processes, machines, tools to finish the new product process setup including Pflow, PFMEA and WI * Provide training for operators; * Direct operators to set the process parameters and operate the machine; * Coordinate for analysis of quality issues and take action for qualit
