What You'll Do.
Manage multidisciplinary teams for successful and flawless implementation of new product launch processes.
Develop standard work to ensure employee safety
and productive capacity.
Develop timelines for process implementation and project deliverables.
Coordinate new process development and efficiency during launch and 30 days after SOP.
Define Direct Labor requirements for new processes.
Define and maintain cycle times for new processes.
Develop Standard Work for new processes.
Participate in the development and maintenance of PFMEAs.
Coordinate Supply Chain team for successful new launches.
Ensure plant industrialization to support launches.
Support budget and utilization for launches/projects.
Ensure proper staff support and development for launches/projects.
Act as a liaison between plant PE and corporate teams.
Ensure PE and Ops team participation in development and validation.
Lead flawless ramp-up of processes until handover to Operations.
Manage and track Process Engineering open items for launches/projects.
Assist in validating and approving packaging design.
Participate in leading and performing packaging trials and tests.
Coordinate ECN implementation for new launches.
Participate in defining optimal layout for new equipment/processes.
Participate in defining optimal process flow for new equipment/processes.
Ensure Best Practices are considered and implemented.
Support performance of LV1 and documentation of results.
Help remove roadblocks for successful launches/projects.
Provide guidance to the team when Engineering Site Lead is unavailable.

Position Overview: The NPI Lead is responsible for manage the multidisciplinary teams in the plant to ensure the successful and flawless implementation of the process for new launches, and develop for them a standard work that guarantees: a) The safety of our employees. b) The quality of our products c) The high efficiency of our processes. d) A productive capacity that allows us to complete our deliverables on time. He is also responsible for working together with the Head Launch Engineering at New Launch and guiding the Supplier Chain Team in learning of the new processes. What you'll do: Lead the development of a timeline for the implementation of the process and Deliverables/key milestones of the project and ensure compliance on time and within the budget. Coordinate the new process development and efficiency during the Launch and 30 days after the SOP [Start of Production] (first 30 days after SOP is responsible together with the Process Engineer).
