Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field., 5–8 years of relevant experience in P2P, Finance Operations, or Shared Services., Exposure to LATAM markets and multicultural environments., Experience working with or supporting outsourcedPO service providers., Understanding of internal controls, SOX, and operational risk., Exposure to process change, system upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
Nice to Have
Progress toward a professional qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)., MBA is desirable but not required.
What You'll Do.
Support or lead day to day delivery of P2P services across LATAM markets.
Assist in executing global and regional P2P strategies
and report on service delivery KPIs
and operational metrics.
Identify service delivery issues
Support the preparation of materials and insights for operational governance.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Technology and Global teams to support system improvements.
Support standardization
best-practice adoption
and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to cost awareness and efficient resource usage.
Support compliance with internal controls
and company policies.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the Regional and Global P2P leadership, internal stakeholders, and external BPO partners.; Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Treasury, IT) to support effective end‑to‑end P2P service delivery.; Collaborate with Technology and Global teams to support system improvements, automation, and digital enablement initiatives.
