Reporting directly to the Head of Retail Sales, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals dedicated to the Latin American market, with the objective of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with retail clients. Operations Management: * Defining and executing the commercial strategy for the LATAM retail segment in alignment with the bank’s overall objectives. * Monitoring and analyzing sales performance (KPIs, conversion rates, client activity) to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. * Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Trading, and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless client journey and alignment of commercial initiatives. * Developing strong relationships with high-value retail clients and key partners across LATAM to better understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. * Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client acquisiti
