What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field, Experience leading training organizations or programs at a national or network scale, Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques, Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, Work a flexible work schedule including evenings, overnights, and weekends, Speak, write, and read fluently in English, Travel up to 50% of the time, Experience working in large-scale networking environments
Nice to Have
Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing, Experience working with changing priorities and schedules, Experience working in a matrixed organization

Visit partner facilities to identify operational improvements
