Motivate and track key performance metrics

Collaborate with internal team

Ensure owners launch and scale business

Support owners by removing obstacles

Improve financial practices

Improve operational practices

Improve safety practices

Deliver recommendations

Drive change internally

Drive change externally

Collaborate with integrated internal stakeholders

Facilitate Monitoring and Enforcement Policies

Execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies

Build two-way feedback channels

Travel between multiple sites

Ensure business safety compliance

Guide owners as they scale business

Manage operational issues

Ensure owners have resources

Support owners as they onboard

Prepare owners to launch

Coach owners on AMZL tools

Ensure upskilling of AMZL tools

Ensure utilisation of AMZL tools

Identify customer metric improvement opportunities

Champion application of Last Mile processes

Challenge UTR processes

Coach business owners

Identify workflow inefficiencies

Improve DSP owner experience

Develop relationship between Amazon and DSP partners
