Amazon Transportation is looking for a Learning Manager to support delivery operations and drive training excellence across our operations network. As Learning Manager, you will be responsible for managing training programs for our Delivery Partners and operations teams, covering onboarding, continuous training, and coaching initiatives. You will develop strategies for performance indicator management and data visualization, serving both the Learning team and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will also design training strategies that directly impact delivery efficiency and cost performance, translating operational goals into measurable learning outcomes. Additionally, you will lead and develop a team of analysts and coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business priorities. Key job responsibilities Manage training programs for delivery partners and operations teams, including onboarding, continuous training, and coaching. Develop strategies for performance indicator management and data visualization for the team and internal stakeholders. Design training strategies that positively impact delivery efficiency and cost indicators. Lead a team of analysts and coordinators. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or a similar field - Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, etc. - Data analysis, change management, team building and leading experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in English Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of learning management system
