Experience in automotive, production, manufacturing, or operational environments is an asset, Experience in project coordination or project management is an asset, Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, Airtable, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Experience with production, inventory, or workflow systems is an asset, Previous experience in automotive production, logistics, or reconditioning environments, Experience with inventory management or production tracking systems, Familiarity with vendor coordination and operational reporting, Experience supporting fast-paced operational or production teams

This role ensures the smooth, accurate, and efficient flow of vehicles through the production lifecycle while supporting operational coordination across Production, Last Mile, and vendor teams. You will help keep our production process on track, ensuring sold vehicles are prepared accurately and on time for delivery.
