What You'll Achieve.
ensure accurate visibility into performance; ensure sold vehicles are prepared accurately and on time for delivery; ensure vehicles move in and out of vendor queues promptly; Ensure all required documentation is complete for sold vehicles before handoff; Help maintain compliance with provincial regulations

Must Have
2–3 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment, Ability to work full-time with flexibility for overtime or adjusted shifts based on business needs, Able to pass a criminal background check and provide a clean driver’s abstract
Nice to Have
Experience in automotive, production, manufacturing, or operational environments is an asset, Experience in project coordination or project management is an asset, Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, Airtable, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Experience with production, inventory, or workflow systems is an asset, Previous experience in automotive production, logistics, or reconditioning environments, Experience with inventory management or production tracking systems, Familiarity with vendor coordination and operational reporting, Experience supporting fast-paced operational or production teams
What You'll Do.
Track and update production targets
Monitor workflow and vehicle movement
Work closely with Production teams
Support daily team meetings
Schedule vendor appointments
Track vendor performance
Verify vendor invoices
Maintain accurate records
Ensure documentation is complete
Maintain compliance with regulations
Prepare production summaries
Update unit status in trackers
Identify discrepancies and delays
Support communication between teams
Assist with scheduling and coordination
Manage supply inventory
Support cross-departmental needs
