What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 + years of hands-on experience in large volume metrology or a related precision measurement field, Proficiency in Spatial Analyzer (SA) software, Demonstrated experience operating laser trackers, working knowledge of GD &T, ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, Experience performing instrument network solutions (USMN) and multi-instrument tie-ins within SA, Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment, Must be a U. S. citizen or permanent resident
Nice to Have
Experience with Leica laser trackers (AT960, AT403, or similar), Familiarity with laser scanners, laser radar, and photogrammetry systems (e. g. , V-STARS), Experience with additional metrology software including: PolyWorks (Inspector / Modeler), VXelements, V-STARS, Leica Cyclone, Exposure to aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments, Experience supporting large-scale structure assembly and alignment (tooling, fixtures, airframes, pressure vessels, etc. ), CMSC certification or equivalent metrology training/credentials

This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. Blue Origin is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Large Volume Metrologist** to join our Metrology team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-accuracy dimensional measurements in support of rocket manufacturing, assembly, and integration operations.
