Fusing creativity and performance, we create harder working, more sustainable content, reducing waste, and providing stronger ROI. **The Role:** As a Language Project Manager, you will be a key member of our established Language Services Team. You will manage projects across all Language Services including translation, transcreation and cultural consultancy amongst others, ensuring content is linguistically flawless, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand voice across markets. You will be responsible for end-to-end Language Project Management; implementing and maintaining processes and workflows, integrating language technology tools, making responsible use of AI-powered tools where relevant, and upholding quality standards to support POP’s global language capabilities. **Key Responsibilities :** * Responsible for end-to-end Project Management and execution of Language projects from initial brief, all the way through to client delivery, whilst adhering to established SLAs. * Act as a main point of contact for clients throughout Language project lifecycle and build strong relationships with all stakeholders to effectively manage client expectations, address and troubleshoot concerns, and proactively identify solutions. * Conduct post-project debriefs with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for continuous improvement. * Develop cost estimates for Language projects using SME knowledge and experience and following established rate cards. * Manage Language projects within agreed budgets and profit margin targets. * Monitor and report on financial performance of projects, ensuring they mee
