This role plays a key part in helping scale multilingual and international recruitment initiatives across multiple regions, languages, and time zones. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys global recruitment, candidate engagement, sourcing strategy, and working in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment. **Position Overview** This is an on-call, temporary, and project-based recruitment opportunity focused heavily on sourcing, screening, pipeline activity, and recruitment coordination. We are looking for recruiters who are: * Attentive and detail-oriented * Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills * Comfortable sourcing and screening candidates globally * Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented * Able to operate independently while maintaining accountability and urgency This is not a passive recruiting role.
