We partner with some of the world’s leading technology companies while supporting projects across both established and emerging markets. We are currently seeking a Language Recruiter to support our growing global hiring operations. This role plays a key part in helping scale multilingual and international recruitment initiatives across multiple regions, languages, and time zones. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys global recruitment, candidate engagement, sourcing strategy, and working in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment. **Position Overview** This is an on-call, temporary, and project-based recruitment opportunity focused heavily on sourcing, screening, pipeline activity, and recruitment coordination. We are looking for recruiters who are: * Attentive and detail-oriented * Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills * Comfortable sourcing and screening candidates globally * Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented * Able to operate independently while maintaining accountability and urgency This is not a passive recruiting role. Recruiters are expected to actively source candidates, maintain recruitment activity daily, provide consistent updates, and support fast-moving hiring initiatives tied to global operations and client demand. **Key Responsibilities ** **Global Recruitment & Sourcing ** * Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers * Source candidates through company tools, sourcing platforms, professional networks, referrals, and independent outreach * Conduct recruiter screenings and interviews in English with candidates globally * Build and maintain active talent pipelines for multilingual and project-based hiring initiatives * Coordinate interviews ac
