Must Have
Experience working in a fast-paced operational or shift-based environment with competing priorities, Demonstrated ability to manage incidents or disruptions calmly and effectively, Confidence working with operational systems and standard business tools such as Microsoft 365, A proactive and safety-focused approach, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

hands-on operational oversight of Sydney Airport’s landside environment
responding to incidents
monitoring performance
coordinating stakeholders
ensuring service standards are consistently met
high-quality service across the landside operation for passengers
stakeholders and service partners
Actively engage with internal teams and external providers to maintain safe
secure and efficient landside conditions
Provide real-time situational awareness and updates to the Airport Duty Manager and Integrated Operations Centre
Coordinate on-site responses to incidents
including medical and safety matters
in line with procedures
Monitor kerbside performance to ensure service levels
delays and frequency targets are achieved
audits and investigations to support compliance
reporting and continuous improvement
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the Manager Landside Operations and Performance and the Airport Duty Manager; Actively engage with internal teams and external providers; collaboration across teams readily sharing our knowledge
