Must Have
Proven experience in customer account management within commercial landscaping or a related industry, Operations management experience within the commercial landscape industry, Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred, Conversational Spanish language proficiency a plus, Appropriate industry certifications (NALP, irrigators license, applicators license, etc) a plus
What You'll Do.
Build and nurture client relationships by fostering proactive communication with all stakeholders
Deliver excellent customer service by educating clients on horticultural best practices and correcting problems proactively
Conduct landscape quality assessments and provide recommendations for property enhancements
Assist clients in property improvements plans and annual budgets
Lead a team of 12-25 employees organized into 3-5 landscape maintenance crews
Manage daily operations to the highest standards of safety and efficiency
Collaborate with the company’s enhancement
and arbor care divisions to ensure seamless execution of all services provided to the customers in your portfolio
