What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Valid driver's license, Ability to comply with JLL and client-directed policies and procedures, Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, Willingness and ability to work overtime and on-call, including emergency and seasonal duties, Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all climate conditions
Nice to Have
Two (2) years of experience in a commercial landscaping environment, Experience operating motorized equipment such as ZTR mowers, string trimmers, edgers, utility tractors, utility vehicles, and snow blowers, Basic knowledge of hand tools and routine equipment maintenance, Irrigation system experience, Commercial pesticide applicator license, Plant knowledge and identification skills, Ability to wear and use all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
What You'll Do.
Maintain and repair irrigation systems
Perform regular landscaping activities
Identify and treat pest and disease issues
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
Follow all safety protocols for hazardous materials
Complete work orders using CMMS
Inspect assets such as parking lots
Assist with snow removal during inclement weather
