Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field., 12–15+ years of relevant experience in landscape design, development, and project management within large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments., Proven experience managing complex landscape projects from design through execution., knowledge of landscape architecture principles, construction methodologies, irrigation systems, hardscape/softscape works, and sustainability practices., High proficiency in technical landscape drawings, specifications, and design coordination., leadership, people management, and stakeholder management capabilities., Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., Proficiency in landscape design software and project management tools., commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contractor management., Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines., understanding of local regulations, environmental policies, and industry best practices related to landscape development.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, infrastructure, planning, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements within overall development strategies; Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery; fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovation-driven culture
