Must Have
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Landscape / Agriculture Engineering, Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in all aspects of landscaping/irrigation preferably with softscape work, Ability to read working drawings and related specifications, Capable of enforcing such specifications, Fully computer literate, Able to utilize computer technology to access and maintain records, Able to generate reports
What You'll Do.
Inspect site conditions
Ensure construction adherence
Maintain detailed work diary
Interface with the public
Coordinate with Contractor's foreman
Coordinate material sampling
Report questionable methods
Report non-conformance
Process joint measurement forms
Maintain records for payment
Maintain as-built plans
Record Day Works basis
Document contractor activities
Issue instructions to Foreman
Notify Resident Engineer of impractical conditions
Report and document accidents
Enforce work performance
Perform other responsibilities
