HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a dedicated **Landscape Inspector** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting landscape works during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will play a vital role in maintaining project quality and assisting in the successful completion of landscaping projects. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct regular site inspections to verify that landscape construction aligns with approved plans and specifications. * Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the landscaping process. * Identify and report any deviations or defects, recommending appropriate corrective measures. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. * Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and site observations. * Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve any issues. * Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation for management and clients. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field. * At least 3 years of experience in landscape inspection. * Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plants, and construction techniques. * Attention to detail and excellent observation skills. * Effective communication and report writing abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. * Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.
