What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of relevant land experience, High school diploma or GED, Experience in trades, acquisitions, divestitures, and Joint Operating Agreements, Excellent communication skills, Ability to adapt and work under pressure, Professional demeanor, Proven ability to work in a team environment, Excellent mapping skills (Tax, Farmline and topo), Working knowledge of deed plotter and chain of title computer programs, Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in related field, AAPL/MLBC memberships
What You'll Do.
Negotiate and secure trades
acquisitions and divestitures
Meet company objectives
Secure development rights
and negotiate various agreements
Support the company’s upstream operations
Review and evaluate data pertaining to transactions
Present findings to management
Coordinate due diligence efforts
Obtain and cure defects
Create and maintain relationships with partners and industry
Work cooperatively with internal counterparts
Build comprehensive plans for development
Carry out other complex land projects
