Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or Relevant Experience, A minimum of five (5) years of real estate industry experience, basic knowledge of land development activities and/or commercial, residential, multifamily, building experience, Ability to understand risk and be adept at identifying potential risks, evaluating their impact, and implementing preventive measures, critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict management skills, Resource allocation and ability to utilize resources effectively to ensure optimal project execution, ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environ, ability to present written communication in a clear and informative manner, ability to use relevant software and project reporting systems, knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures, ability to learn an internal construction and accounting software system, Flexibility, good instincts, and situational awareness
