Full Job Description

The Land Installation Controller is the financial and controlling reference for onshore installation activities, partnering closely with Installation and Site Execution teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in line with contractual and technical scope. This role bridges site execution and project controlling, combining strong cost discipline with a hands‑on, operational mindset. It is ideal for professionals from installation, EPC or contractor environments who want to stay close to site realities while maintaining full cost visibility and control. Your role * Monitor and control land installation costs (labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, logistics) * Track budget vs. actuals, analyze deviations and support corrective actions with site teams * Link physical installation progress to financial performance and KPIs * Analyze productivity, crew efficiency and subcontractor performance * Ensure alignment between contractual scope and site activities * Prepare cost reports, forecasts and cash flow for installation scope * Support variation analysis, extra works and claims * Act as financial counterpart for Installation Managers and Site teams * Contribute to process improvement, standardization and project close‑out activities Your experience * A Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar) or economical background * Experience in onshore installation, construction or EPC projects * Strong exposure to site execution and operational environments * Background in installation contractors, jointing/cabling companies or specialized subcontractors * Ability to read technical drawings, method statements and contracts * Advanced Excel (cost tracking, data analysis, reporting) * Strong communication with technical and financial stakeholders _Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
