Investigate land quality
Investigate land characteristics
Oversee completion of zoning applications
Oversee submittal of zoning applications
Oversee approval of zoning applications
Provide details for presentation preparation
Assist in presentation preparation
Oversee coordination with municipal staff
Coordinate with civil engineering consultants
Coordinate with geotechnical consultants
Coordinate with surveying consultants
Manage entitlement tracker
Manage due diligence files
Prepare for Entitlement Meeting
Conduct Entitlement Meeting
Prepare for LPM Meeting
Prepare for Community Review Meeting
Conduct Community Review Meeting
Attend entitlement meetings
