Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in law or engineering or Agricultural expert, At least 3 years of experience in land acquisition at the renewable energy sector, Proven track record in negotiating land acquisition agreements, leases, easements, and other real estate agreements in the renewable energy sector, solid experience with land title issues, experience in legal contracts and negotiations, Fluent in Spanish and English
Nice to Have
education in urban planning regulations, Permitting procedures, regulatory frameworks and public policies related to renewable energy development, 5 year’s experience will be optimal, Experience in institutional relations, stakeholder engagement, working with local governments or regulatory authorities, AI knowledge appreciated
What You'll Do.
Negotiate land leases and purchases
Identify suitable sites
Secure necessary rights for project development
Conduct detailed assessments of potential sites
Evaluate site feasibility for battery projects
Navigate regulatory landscape in Spain
Ensure compliance with local land use and environmental regulation
Responsible for land acquisition
Management of third party brokers/agents
Leads and negotiates land and site acquisition agreements
Management of company's current land portfolio
Develop and maintain network of local partners
Develops and fosters relationships with landowners
key community stakeholders
Oversee contract drafting
ensure proper documentation and legal compliance
Works with other internal stakeholders
screen and evaluate land for suitability
Supporting the origination team
Managing and supervising Real state contract archive
