What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in real estate, energy, management consulting, finance, or a related industry., 1+ years of project management experience., Excellent written and verbal communication skills., Expertise using Google Suite web applications, ArcGIS, Slack, and other land or legal-specific software programs., communication, organization, and relationship management skills., Independent and self-directed with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, entrepreneurial environment., Familiarity with land and environmental policy, renewable energy development, and industry best practices., Passion for renewable energy development and sustainability initiatives., Familiarity with Google Earth and GIS software.

What You'll Do.
Contribute to various aspects of the Company’s land acquisition process
from site selection due diligence to all aspects of site control including title resolution
and agreement execution.
Support all aspects of wind
and real estate development
from early-stage strategy through to financial close and start of construction.
Manage day-to-day administration of land documents
and development tools.
Support and administer the negotiation of complex land and site acquisition agreements
and mineral surface waivers.
Oversee and administer third-party land agents and document specialists
including conducting administrative audits of reports and trackers to ensure compliance while overseeing document request workflows for multiple site control campaigns.
Maintain internal site control trackers and Power BI tools to provide progress reports across the organization.
Manage and work with landowners and community groups to facilitate community engagement and foster positive relationships.
Assist in preparing and updating land acquisition budgets and executive materials related to project requests.
Provide ongoing support to leadership across the team.

The team coordinates closely with all major SME departments on a daily basis.; work closely with the Development Team.; Manage and work with landowners and community groups to facilitate community engagement and foster positive relationships.; Provide ongoing support to leadership across the team.
