The Labourer is required to perform tasks involving physical labour at commercial construction projects, and to operate a variety of hand and power tools. ## Qualifications * 1–2 years of experience in concrete construction, formwork, or general labour preferred. * Ability to assist with setting up and stripping formwork, placing and finishing concrete, and cleaning tools and equipment. * Capable of measuring, cutting, and handling materials such as lumber, plywood, rebar, and form hardware. * Assist in setting up and stripping concrete formwork for footings, walls, slabs, cores and columns. * Help with placing, vibrating, and finishing concrete under supervision. * Work collaboratively with formwork carpenters, equipment operators, and supervisors. * As the last step in the recruitment process, selected candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment physical testing screen to asses
