The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a production line in one of several capacities, including hand‑add station operations, bagging and stacking product, and packaging/storage activities , as required. General line and plant housekeeping is also an essential part of the role. Key Responsibilities: * Operate the hand‑add station , including the use of a digital scale to measure materials and ensure compliance with quality standards * Bag cement‑based products in accordance with production and quality requirements * Perform manual stacking of product onto pallets and production lines * Safely operate a forklift for material handling and storage (where certified/authorized) * Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall plant housekeeping standards * Work safely at all times by adhering to company safety policies, including PPE requirements, lock‑out procedures, confined‑space protocols, and safe lifting practices * Immediately report any unsafe conditions, accidents, incidents, or near misses to management * Perform additional duties as assigned Work Environment & Physical Requirements: * Work is performed both indoors and outdoors , requiring adaptation to varying temperatures and weather conditions
