The **Laborer** will be reporting to the Director of Project Management at**Tarkett Sports Construction.** The Construction Laborer supports project teams by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site while assisting with general construction tasks. If you're looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact and grow your career with an industry leader, this is your chance! **What You’ll Do** * Assist construction crews by organizing materials and maintaining a clean, safe job site. * Maintain both interior and exterior job site conditions throughout all phases of construction and renovation. * Perform site cleanup duties including piling lumber, sorting materials, loading/unloading deliveries, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning, and vacuuming. * Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and inventory job site materials. * Ensure all waste containers are properly managed, and debris is disposed of in designated construction waste bins. * Support site safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards or deficiencies to the Project Manager and Superintendent. * Perform light carpentry work as needed. * Assist with field installation work as needed. **Experience & Education Desired:** * Proven experience as a construction laborer or in a similar role. * Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
