What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HS Diploma and 5 years of Lab Experience OR Associate Degree in Chemistry or Similar and 3 years of Experience OR Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Similar and 0 years of Experiences, Able to adapt to teamwork environment, Good computer skill, Work safely at all times and ensure a safety culture, Holiday and weekend coverage, Flexible to work OT as needed during staffing shortages, Flexible to work night shifts
What You'll Do.
Running samples on a daily basis using ICP-MS
classical wet lab analyses
and particle counters
Sample login and tracking
Material and kit handling
Proper disposal of hazardous waste
Reporting results to the customer
Transporting samples between labs
Entering test results into data management systems timely and accurately
Lab cleaning and organization
Sample login and management using LIMS
Analysis of semiconductor grade chemicals for trace impurities or assay
Routine Waste disposal
Preparation of high quality standards for instrument calibration
Standardization of titrants
Calibration of analytical instruments
Commitment to the safe handling of chemicals
Collaborating to put together results
and report results to customers
Submit quality and safety near misses
Stay up to date on all lab trainings
Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety and quality
Attend all Safety Meetings
Analyze and gain insights from analytical data
