What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed vocational training as a Technical Assistant (BTA, MTA, CTA) or university degree (Bachelor, Diploma) with laboratory reference and practice (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent), Basic scientific knowledge of laboratory (GLP), analysis and measurement methods, reagent preparation, Basic application of MS Office programs, Good knowledge of English
Nice to Have
First practical experience with standard laboratory activities and theoretical knowledge of special procedures (e.g., HPLC, lyophilization, cell culture), Knowledge of GMP/GDP guidelines

Support test series execution and evaluation
Perform general laboratory tasks
Operate equipment after instruction
Assist in creating controlled documents
Maintain laboratory order
Order consumables and lab supplies
