What You'll Do.
Collect specimens via venipuncture
Collect specimens via capillary draw
Collect specimens via swab
Collect specimens via urine
Provide instruction to patients for self-collections
Respond to emergency events
Perform capillary puncture
Verify patient information
Ensure accurate labeling of specimens
Prepare specimens for laboratory testing
Ensure proper storage and transportation
Maintain a sterile and safe environment
Assess patient condition
Maintain accurate records
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Adhere to quality control procedures
