This position works directly with staff and oversees the work performed to accomplish work goals as required. This position assists laboratory leadership in ensuring that the mission of the laboratory regarding quality and service is consistently met. Work situations are varied and require a service-oriented individual, organization, prioritization, leadership, good judgment, problem solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making. **Requirements** * Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) Certification or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible * Experience as a lead, team coordinator or supervisor in a laboratory setting * Minimum three (3) years of experience in a clinical lab setting **About Yakima Memorial Hospital** MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital has served the Yakima Valley since 1950.
