Accounts for day-to-day patient testing within the laboratory, defined by either single cost center and/or greater than 10 but less than 30 full-time employees and/or limited specialized training. Actively promotes a lean work culture by performing group leader duties to encourage consistent use of Lean principles and processes, including continually seeking work process improvements. Assists leadership team with administrative and technical support as required. Recognizes necessity of staff to own their motivation, morale, performance, and professional development.
