The actual location of this job is in Basel Stücki, Switzerland. **_What you will get_** * An agile career and a dynamic work culture * An inclusive and ethical workplace * Compensation programs that recognize high performance **What you will do:** * Perform basic operational tasks in the lab (e.g mobile phase preparations, calibration of pH meter, balance check). * Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the laboratory. This includes adherence to 6S principles and to cGMP standards for audit readiness * Perform analytical testing within DPS Commercial QC (cGMP) for batch release and stability studies of drug products under cGMP according to existing method SOPs * Document assay performance following Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) and flag relevant observations to the supervisor for further assessment * Following applicable EHS regulations ** _What we are looking for:_** * Training as lab technician (e.g. EFZ, CTA) or BSc in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field * Willingness to learn and grow * Experience working in a GMP-regulated QC laboratory is a plus * Experience with HPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF, or ELISA is a plus * Understanding of cGMP, GDocP, and Data Integrity principles * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English **About Lonza** At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
