3 years of experience as Labor Relations, Administer and monitor collective and individual labor contracts, Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, Resolve labor situations and address employee complaints, Coordinate disciplinary processes and labor audits, Prepare reports and metrics related to labor relations, Advise leaders and internal areas on legal and labor matters, Experience working in matrix environment organizations, BA Degree, Psychology, Administration or similar
What You'll Do.
Execution and delivery of HR programs and services related to employee relations (ER)
Provide professional ER guidance to leaders and employees
Minimize negative impact of labor matters
Ensure compliance with all relevant country laws
regulations and internal global policies
Provide orientation on labor relations matters to people leaders
Manage people management and disciplinary processes
Manage Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process
Manage workplace rules
Execute employee terminations legal compliance on documentation and employee experience
Guarantee employee’s files according to process
Conduct exit interviews
Planning and execution of programs and processes related to Employee Relations
Identification of opportunities to improve labor practices
Provide recommendations
Collaborate with external labor consultants
Develop and update policies
Align the organization in legal and regulatory compliance and Abbott’s standards
Support communication
implementation and training
Assist and participate on internal investigations related to personnel and regulatory compliance
Analyze internal ER metrics
Share ER metrics with HR and business leaders for decision making
Contribute with proposals for preventive actions
Contribute with proposals for process improvements
