Our legal functional teams—ranging from procurement managing vendor relationships, to software legal evaluating new offerings, to pre-sales negotiating customer agreements and post-sales ensuring project completion on time and within budget—proactively support and facilitate the company's strategic business objectives and innovation. Partnering closely with Human Resources and business leadership, the L&E team advises on complex workplace matters, shapes inclusive policies, and ensures regulatory compliance. By fostering a safe, equitable, and high-performing workplace, you directly empower the global workforce that designs and delivers our life-saving technologies. ## Job Description Reporting to the Lead Counsel - Labor & Employment Law, the Labor & Employment Law Attorney will provide day-to-day legal counsel on a company-wide basis and work closely with our Human Resources department (HR) to ensure complete compliance in our employment practices.
