Ensure timecards are accurate and compliant; Ensure consistent and compliant application of union agreements; Ensure service levels and deadlines are met with data accuracy

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Degree or equivalent experience, 2 years of relevant payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience, PC-based experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment, An understanding of labor policies and federal & state labor laws, Working knowledge of SAP, EV5, ServiceNow, and WorkDay with emphasis within areas of Payroll or Timekeeping, Detail oriented Self-starter with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks to manage workload effectively with effective problem solving and decision-making skills to promote work efficiency, Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment

Analyze timecard and payroll data
Interpret and apply union agreements
Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements
Develop subject matter expertise
Understand system configurations
Evaluate and support system enhancements
Assess downstream impacts
Build and maintain reports and dashboards
Analyze large data sets
Support day-to-day operations
Develop and maintain documentation
