As a Machine Operator, you will be the "Technical Pilot" of our label production line. You will lead the setup and operation of precision machinery, ensuring we meet vital deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset. We are looking for a teammate who is curious about how things work and takes personal accountability for quality and performance. What You’ll Do * Operate & Own: Efficiently run label machines to meet daily production schedules while minimizing raw material waste. * Technical Troubleshooting: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor instruments, maintain dies, and find root-cause solutions to equipment malfunctions. * Digital Accuracy: Utilize ERP systems and logs to track time, materials (FIFO inventory), and quality control data. * Team
